For fleet operators & management companies

One platform across your entire managed fleet.

Standardise crew communications, compliance evidence, and document control across every vessel under your management. CrewNotice for Fleets is in early access — invited management partners are co-defining the implementation alongside us.

The problem

Three things every fleet operator already knows.

Compliance visibility ends at the gangway

Each captain runs their own filing system. Shore-side sees nothing until something goes wrong, or until the auditor is already on board asking for the evidence.

Onboarding paper, every season

Crew familiarisations, SOP acknowledgements, drill records, and training matrices rebuilt from scratch on every vessel, every refit, every charter season.

The auditor calls the wrong office

Flag state and class arrive aboard expecting evidence the management company cannot produce in real time — only the captain can, and the captain is at sea.

What we are building

CrewNotice for Fleets — the roadmap.

We are building this in the open with early-access management partners. Each item below is honestly labelled so you can see what is in flight and what is next.

In development

Cross-fleet compliance dashboard

A single view across every vessel under management — acknowledgement rates, overdue items, drill completion, and audit-pack readiness, vessel by vessel.

In development

Standardised SOP & document templates

Push fleet-wide document templates and required acknowledgements to every vessel from a central library. Updates propagate; signatures are tracked per vessel.

In development

Consolidated audit pack

Export one PDF evidence pack covering every vessel under management, formatted for the relevant flag and the MCA Large Yacht Code (LY3).

In development

Vessel-level access control & roles

Custom roles for shore staff, fleet operations managers, DPAs, and DOC holders, with vessel-scoped permissions and read-only audit access for inspectors.

On roadmap

SSO — Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta

SAML and OIDC single sign-on for shore-side users. Specification co-defined with early-access management partners.

On roadmap

White-label branding

Your management company logo, your domain, your colour scheme. The platform a captain logs into looks like yours.

Who is behind it

An OOW-led product, not a generic SaaS.

CrewNotice is built by Sharp Digital Solutions Ltd, a UK-incorporated company. The product is led by an Officer of the Watch with over a decade at sea on private and charter superyachts — which is why the language on every page sounds like the language a captain or DPA actually uses.

For management companies, that matters: every feature decision is filtered through someone who has personally pinned the same A4 to the same corkboard, and who has prepared for an ISM audit with a ringbinder and a highlighter. We know what shore staff need from a captain, and what a captain needs from shore staff, because both have been our problem.

Run multiple vessels? Let's build this with you.

We are looking for a small group of management partners to shape CrewNotice for Fleets. Tell us about your fleet — vessels under management, current systems, what would have to be true for CrewNotice to help — and we will reach out personally.
